R v Little & others [2006] |
|
Represented one of nine defendants who eventually stood trial at Bristol Crown Court and were acquitted of conspiracy to murder in July 2006. This followed the shooting of two people in a nightclub in Croydon and a drive by shooting in Bristol in October 2004. This was an extremely complex case involving a joint operation and multi-million pound investigation by Operation Trident and Avon and Somerset Police. The trial itself lasted over four months. |
