Back Office

The support team at Hickman & Rose is led by our practice manager Baljinder Kaur.

Our IT set up is provided offsite by Commensus PLC and our inhouse IT commissioning manager is Chris Williams.

Our Accounts department is run offsite by TLAM Ltd under the supervision of our Finance Director Tina Surman.

Payments of bills and payments on account and enquiries regarding them should be made to TLAM Ltd at Unit 20, Basepoint Business Centre, Oakfield Close, Tewkesbury, Gloucs GL208SD. Tel 01684 851260.  Please quote our reference for your matter. The accounts department is open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm and can take credit and debit card payments by phone.

Payment is also accepted in the following form:
• direct bank transfer to “Hickman and Rose Client Account” at NatWest Bank, Sort code: 60-80-07, A/C 54010519
• bankers draft
• cheque  (but only where 10 working days clearance is available)
• cash up to a limit of £1000 (more by special arrangement only)

We reserve the right to seek confirmation of identity of any third party making a payment to us on your behalf and may decline a payment from a third party.  We reserve the right to insist on payment by credit card or bankers draft.
