Overview

The people at Hickman & Rose were drawn together by a set of shared principles.   We believe that the rule of law should apply just as much to the state and its law enforcement agencies as to the individual.  We believe passionately that the state must be held to account for the way in which it exercises its powers.   Each of us tries to live out those principles through our work.  We hope that this website reflects the many efforts made by us and by our clients to make justice a reality.
