County Court to try cases against the Ministry of Justice Hickman & Rose acts for sixteen current or former prisoners in civil claims seeking to bring the Home Office (now Ministry of Justice) to account for being subjected to race discrimination, racial harassment, victimisation and (in some cases) assault whilst located at HMP Leeds. The two lead cases are listed for trial at Leeds County Court for six weeks from 21 April 2008.
