We are skilled in dealing with the interview situation, whether conducted by the police, the SFO or any other investigatory agency - Crown Courts
We undertake grave and complex cases in the Crown Court. Our criminal partners are well known for their work in serious crime. We handle a large number of murders, serious drug offences, and frauds (see below), offering an extremely skilled service.
- Serious and Complex Fraud
Ben Rose heads a team undertaking serious and complex fraud work. He is a highly skilled and innovative litigator in complex areas such as corruption, cartels and insider trading. He is a Supervisor on the LSC Serious Fraud Panel.
- Court of Appeal
We have a specialist team dealing with miscarriages of justice, headed by Jane Hickman. We are experienced in taking matters to the Court of Appeal. - European Court
