Frances McCormack

Paralegal

Frances joined Hickman & Rose in April 2017 and will begin studying the BPTC part-time this year.  She assists Daniel Machover and Eva Whittall in our civil litigation department.  She also works in a voluntary capacity for the Free Representation Unit.

Frances gained an LLB from the University of Sussex in 2014 and embarked on a 4 month internship at the Mental Disability Advocacy Centre in Budapest.  During her internship she worked on European Court of Human Rights litigation as well as advocating the rights of those with mental health problems in central European states; specifically the right to inclusive education and the right to live in the community.

Prior to joining Hickman & Rose, Frances worked as a paralegal in a wide range of public law matters including social welfare law and human rights act claims.
