Jenny is a partner based at the Tottenham office. She runs a mixed case load of serious and complex Crown Court cases, including cases investigated by the Serious and Organised Crime Agency, Operation Trident and the Sapphire Unit.

Jenny has been involved in a number of complex multi-handed murder cases. These include the successful defence at the Old Bailey of one of the four defendants in  R v Martin & Others [2005], a shooting in Tottenham High Road in 2004.  The case  featured in a BBC1 documentary, Murder Blues, in September 2005.

Jenny also represented one of nine defendants in R v Little & Others [2006] who was acquitted of conspiracy to murder at Bristol Crown Court.  The case arose from a shooting of two people in a Croydon nightclub and a drive by shooting in Bristol.  It led to a joint operation and multi-million pound investigation by Operation Trident and Avon and Somerset Police. The trial itself lasted over four months (see link to BBC news).

Career

Jenny has specialised in criminal law since 1995. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1997 and worked in Hertfordshire until moving to London in 2000. She joined Hickman and Rose in 2002 and became a partner in 2004.
