Interpol today withdraw its red notice against Mr Bakiev. Hickman & Rose had argued that the inclusion of Mr Bakiev on the wanted list was politically motivated and a violation of international and Kyrgyz laws. Mr Bakiev is now a resident of the UK following his granting of political asylum.
