Partner/Senior Civil Litigator 8+ PQE

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded senior civil litigator of at least 8 years’ PQE to play a key role in the development and growth of both the civil department and the firm.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the department, maintaining its deserved reputation in its core expertise and a wider dispute resolution practice.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates detailed knowledge and expertise in civil liberties as well as wider dispute resolution matters.
  • Understands the commercial and operational realities of delivering publicly and privately funded services and can contribute to strategic planning and innovation in both.
  • Is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and can contribute to strategic planning and the innovation of the firm’s privately funded client base and litigation practice, with a focus not only on casework but also business development.
