Hickman & Rose a double finalist in GIR’s annual international awards
28 Sep 2026
Hickman & Rose is delighted to have been shortlisted in two categories of the prestigious Global Investigation Review annual awards.
This is the third year in which the firm has been shortlisted for a GIR award.
A finalist in the Boutique or Regional Investigations Practice of the Year category in 2024, last year the firm was jointly awarded the Most Important Court Case of the Year for its successful appeal to the UK Supreme Court on behalf of client Carlo Palombo.
This year the firm is shortlisted in both these categories: Boutique or Regional Investigations Practice of the Year and Most Important Court Case of the Year. This year’s case is the collapse, after an investigation lasting ten years, of the SFO’s prosecution in London Mining in which Hickman & Rose partner Christopher Houssemayne du Boulay acted for a defendant.
The 2026 award winners will be announced on 19th November in Washington DC. Read more about the finalists here and here.
