Head of Serious and General Crime Jenny Wiltshire has been quoted in the Sunday Telegraph commenting on the changing nature of sexual assault and rape allegations made at music festivals.
Jenny told the newspaper how Hickman & Rose is ‘seeing many more sexual allegations, including against young professionals at the beginning of their careers for whom an allegation can be life changing’.
She also offered some analysis of the advice given to young music festival goers on the law around sexual assault and rape matters.
