Peter Csemiczky analyses CPS data on private prosecutions in Law Society Gazette

Hickman & Rose partner Peter Csemiczky has been quoted in the Law Society Gazette in relation to new date from the CPS about its record on private prosecutions. The data, which was obtained under FOI law shows the CPS discontinued more than half the private prosecutions referred to it in a year. Peter, who both brings and defends against private prosecutions, points out the importance of ensuring that private prosecutions are appropriate and properly thought through.
