Callum Lynch joined Hickman & Rose’s Civil Department in September 2025.
Callum studied Law LLB and completed an LLM in International Human Rights Law at the University of Essex.
Prior to joining Hickman & Rose, Callum worked as a paralegal in the Actions Against Police & State team at Bindmans LLP, focusing on inquests and civil claims against the police. He has previously volunteered and worked within numerous human rights organisations, including Liberty, REDRESS, Prisoners’ Advice Service, Detention Action, and the Human Dignity Trust. He also worked as the Legal Observer Coordinator for Black Protest Legal Support, facilitating volunteer legal observers at Black Lives Matter protests in 2020 and 2021. He is a trustee for Right to Remain and engages in community organising.
