Business Crime partner Ross Dixon has been quoted in the Times in the wake of not guilty verdicts in the landmark Barclay’s fraud trial.
The acquittals (which come shortly after Ross’ client Chris Bush, former MD Tesco UK, was found not guilty in a different fraud case) have caused the SFO to come under criticism.
Ross tells the Times: “The SFO’s failure to secure any convictions raises serious questions about the agency’s treatment of individuals in these matters.”
