Business Crime partner Ross Dixon has been quoted in a Law Society Gazette feature on corporate fraud, specifically the way investigations impact company directors and officers.
Among the topics which Ross discusses is the tension that can exist between the interests of the corporate body and those of the individual, in any investigation.
“The need to establish a “directing mind and will” means that individual officers and directors are vulnerable to being made a scapegoat for the wider corporate failings”, Ross warns.
