Daniel Machover speaks for Emiliano Sala family following Henderson conviction

Daniel Machover, Hickman & Rose’s head of civil litigation, has been widely quoted in the media following the conviction of David Henderson in criminal proceedings related to the death of Argentinian footballer Emiliano Sala.
Daniel, who acts for the Sala family at inquest, said the family welcomed the convictions, but pointed out that this is just “one piece in the puzzle” of how Emiliano Sala and the plane’s pilot David Ibbotson, came to die in a plane crash in the English Channel.
“We still do not know the key information about the maintenance history of the aircraft and all the factors behind the carbon monoxide poisoning revealed in August 2019 by AAIB”, Daniel was quoted saying.
“The answers to these questions can only be properly established at Emiliano’s inquest, which is due to start in February next year.
