Radha joined Hickman & Rose in August 2017 and assists Stefano Ruis with claims against the police and public law challenges on criminal justice issues.
Prior to joining Hickman & Rose, Radha worked as a legal volunteer at the Anti-Trafficking and Labour Exploitation Unit. During her time there, she assisted solicitors on a range of employment, housing and discrimination law matters, including the UK’s first claim of caste discrimination. Radha also interned at the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law where she assisted on projects relating to the 2016 Article 50 ‘Brexit’ Appeal, sub-national constitutionalism and reform of the European Court of Human Rights.
Radha gained a BA in History from King’s College, Cambridge and is in receipt of both a Hardwicke Entrance Award and the Lord Brougham Scholarship from Lincoln’s Inn.
