It does not form part of your application and is not used for any purpose other than to monitor and gather diversity information of applicants through our recruitment rounds. As part of our Lexcel accreditation we are required to monitor diversity data and collate equality data. You are not obliged to answer all or any of the questions but the more information you supply, the more effective our monitoring will be. Following the conclusion of the recruitment process, this form will be stored and processed anonymously and deleted when no longer required.
