Miller Hookem

Miller Hookem joined Hickman & Rose’s Serious and General Crime Department in August 2026.

Miller studied Law at Lucy Cavendish College, University of Cambridge. Thereafter he undertook the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law, pursuing his passion for criminal defence.  Miller was awarded the Princess of Wales Scholarship from Middle Temple, and the Advocacy Scholarship from the University of Law, for the Bar Practice Course.

Prior to joining Hickman & Rose, Miller provided academic commentary on public law issues in the EU, won 6KBW College Hill’s criminal law moot, and was a paralegal in a leading Court of Protection firm.
