We are delighted that after a difficult 18 months for our client Alexander O’Connor (Rex Orange County) the CPS finally decided to offer no evidence on all charges that he faced. Based on the evidence, this is a case that should never have been charged and we only hope that some of the damage done by the negative, and sometimes inaccurate, reporting can begin to be repaired by this outcome.
