Andrew Katzen writes for Law Society’s Legal Compliance magazine on sexual misconduct

Hickman & Rose’s Head of Regulatory Law Andrew Katzen has written an article for the October edition of the Law Society’s Legal Compliance magazine explaining the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s stance on sexual misconduct.

Andrew writes that the SRA is taking an increasingly tough stance on the sorts of behaviours that may once have been considered ‘private’. As such, he argues, it is incumbent on all solicitors – and the law firms they work for – to fully understand the regulator’s rules and investigatory processes.
