Ben Rose represents Carlo Palombo, Philippe Moryoussef, Jay Merchant, Christian Bittar and Tom Hayes in planned appeals against their convictions for alleged LIBOR manipulation.
The five men are the only individuals to be convicted, anywhere in the world, in connection with the international LIBOR trade.
Ben has been quoted in the Times discussing the work of attempting to get this clients’ convictions quashed. He told the newspaper that they “should not have been prosecuted for these offences”.
