Hickman & Rose’s co-founder Ben Rose has been quoted widely in the media following the Criminal Cases Review Commission’s referral to the Court of Appeal of convicted LIBOR trader Tom Hayes.
Ben Rose and Tom Bushnell represent Tom Hayes in other aspects of his appeal, as well as four other individuals convicted of LIBOR / EURIBOR manipulation-related offences.
Ben welcomed the CCRC’s referral and told the Financial Times and other media his clients were all convicted “based on a process which was both legally flawed and procedurally unfair”.
