Daniel Machover in BBC radio documentary on mysteries of 64-year-old racist murder

Head of Civil Litigation Daniel Machover has contributed to a BBC radio documentary about the racist murder of Kelso Cochrane in Notting Hill, London.
Kelso, who had moved to the UK from Antigua, was killed by a gang of white youths in 1959. No one was charged with his murder. The public and police response marked a watershed in the development of race relations in this country – Kelso’s death has been called this country’s first racist murder of modern times.
The radio documentary (and accompanying article) by BBC journalist Sanchia Berg analyses the case and reveals how Daniel is helping the family access the police files which could shed light on the unsolved killing.
