Daniel Machover speaks for Emiliano Sala’s family following conclusion of inquest

Head of Civil Litigation Daniel Machover has been widely quoted in the UK and international media following the conclusion of an inquest into the death of Emiliano Sala in an aircraft crash three years ago.
Daniel, who represented Emiliano’s mother, brother and sister at inquest, said they particularly noted the inquest jury’s finding that Emiliano and the plane’s pilot likely suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning before the crash, and that this poisoning was caused by a failure in the aircraft exhaust system.
Daniel and the Sala family also welcomed Bournemouth coroner Rachel Griffin’s commitment to raise with the Government her concerns about safety issues raised at the inquest, in order to prevent similar future deaths.
