Hickman & Rose recognised as leading law firm by Chambers & Partners

Hickman & Rose is pleased to have been recognised as a leading UK law firm by the Chambers & Partners directory, with partners and associates rising up the rankings.

The firm’s Serious & General Crime department retains its top Band One ranking, with Band One practice head Jenny Wiltshire described as “just brilliant – unassuming, yet confident about her own ability […] calm and generous with her time”. Jenny’s colleagues Peter Csemiczky and Aileen Colhoun both rise up the rankings.

In White Collar crime, Ross Dixon retains his Band One status in the Financial Crime: Individuals category where he is described as a “truly excellent [and] a very reassuring presence.” Ben Rose and Andrew Katzen are also highly recommended for their work in this discipline. Andrew Katzen is newly ranked for his work in Professional Discipline.

The firm’s civil litigation team remain in the top Band One for Police Law with department head Daniel Machover remaining a Band One lawyer in both Police Law and Civil Liberties & Human Rights, where he is described as “phenomenal [….] really personable, uncompromising and a really tough litigator.” 

Stefano Ruis remains a Star Individual in Police Law where his “detailed and thorough” work has led him to be described as “extremely dedicated to his clients.”  Kate Maynard rises up the bands for her work in Civil Liberties & Human Rights. Helen Stone remains a Star Associate for her work in Police Law, and his year is also named a Star Associate for her work in Civil Liberties & Human Rights.
